		<description>Thanks for the great tips. Diets are great ways to lose weight, in addition though,  I would also reccomend that your diet goes with a lifestyle change, for it is only through a lifestyle change that you will be able to maintain the weight which you have lost.</description>

		<description>I have certainly benefited from doing water aerobics. I had a stress fracture in my leg from running and was really discouraged at the prospect of not doing any aerobic exercises for 6 weeks. So I did water aerobics and never really missed a beat. After that I have continued to do some swimming.</description>

		<description>I could only do a half pull-up when I first started.  After trying to do pull-ups usually every other day, I was able to get up to 7 pull-ups.  I then started slacking and now can do 3 at the moment.  I need to start working on that again. :)</description>
